SEART, further to an experience of twenty years in the sector of the numerical cartography, has recently realized the Topographical Database for the Emilia Romagna Region.
The experience on the project DBT united to the multi-year experience in the sector, allow SEART to be able to propose to proper Clients a service of cartographic updating in outsurcing and the supply of the tools and spftware necessary to manage the DBT data in autonomy.

     software furnishing for the data managing
     The proposed software uses as graphic interface the base Autocad and inside this it is possible:
 § to import in DWG format, the format of Regional exchange
 § to edit the geographical and alphanumerical data for the updatings or the necessary changes
 § to produce the plotting files equal to the regional CTR
 § to perform topological and semantic checks for the validation of the data according to the RER
      specifics
 § to export data in the format of exchange agreed
