
The sanitary firms -
public and private - are interested from a deep process of transformation
from "places of care" to firms that disburse sanitary services in a context
that, in relation to the expressed concepts by the quality, must have as a
target the continuous improvement.
The national
and regional laws and the derived norms have introduced the accreditation of
the sanitary services -inspired to the quality ISO9000- similar to what
happens in other European and international Countries to the purpose to
improve the services and to protect the health of the citizens.
In this field
the norms foresee interventions both on the clinical aspects, and on the
organizational aspects, inseparable from the sanitary performance.
The sanitary
firms, with the purpose to succeed in quantifying the cost of the disbursed
services and to compare them to analogous structures, (benchmarking) have
started deep reorganization processes .
The path to
reach the attended results foresees the adoption and the implementation,
inside the sanitary structures, of requisites that concern the general and
clinical aspects.
The
requisites that, for cultural sector, they are those to which we have
tributed great attention they are those of general and structural character.
