With the text of the DPCM n.154 of July 5th 2007 the decentralization of the cadastral functions to the communes is enacted.
The municipalities will have called to manage among other issues the cadastral cartography also.
SEART from over twenty years it furnishes the numerical cartography to the Central Administration of the Cadaster in according to the standards from this requested.

SEART makes of the Communes the matured experiences available, and it is able to furnish:

    § vectorization of cartographies
       § updating of the existing cadastral cartographies
               §    alignment of the cadastral cartography with existing upgraded cartography   
                                       (Aereofotogrammetria DBT etc...)
               § supply of software for:
                      §  acquisition and validation of cadastral cartographies in according to specifics
              §  conversion of the CXF cadastral formats in DWG format and from DWG to CXF
                      §  software supply for the graphic and topological editing of the DWG cartography

SEART is also available to support the Client in the relationships with the Agency of the Territory, in the verification of the systems of interchange of the information among the database banks cadastral and comunals too, in the resolution of problems tied up to the integration among cartographies cadastral and other cartographies of comunal interest (CTR, technical paper, PRG, etc.).
