SEART has always had a particular vocation in to realize digital models for the transports.

In 1990 it realized the model of the road network of whole Italy for the agency for the protection of the environment (APAT).The realized model was in partnership to an imposing database on the structural characteristics of all the national road trunks.

In 2006 SEART has realized the integrated model in the DBT of the road networks of the Emilia-Romagna Region. This network contains all the information furnished from the municipalities and provinces.

In this sector SEART has produced numerous models of transport for different uses, one among these it is the road grafo of Europe, realized for the Geonext (De Agostini of Novara).
