The activity of computer engineering developed on the italian territory  has brought Seart to transfer knowledge, techniques and tools of management from the territory to the building, or better, to the real estate property.

In the last years we’ve assisted to an increasing question of maintenance programmed with bids, of "Global service", in which the Commitment delegates to a external subject the maintenance of own real estate.

In these experiences, the maintenance is not seen only as a series of fit interventions to restore the functionality of a good, on the contrary as a service that foresees a series of actions combined that start to rise of the maintenance demand to reach the historical memory of the realized interventions.

In this sector SEART is able to furnish:
